What is shoulder pain?

Did you know that shoulder pain is one of the most common types of physical pain? It’s no wonder, considering how much we use our shoulders daily. If you’re suffering from shoulder pain, don’t worry – I can help.

I have a lot of experience in treating this type of pain, and I’ll work with you to find the best solution for you. Often patients with shoulder pain find it difficult to sleep on that side, or to lift their arm overhead.

After conducting a personalised analysis, I will be able to give you an accurate diagnosis and from there the treatment plan commences.

The rotator cuff muscles and the muscles around the shoulder blade are essential for strong, healthy shoulders.

Once I have used all the hands-on techniques in my repertoire to restore normal movement and loosen any tight, pulling muscles, I will focus on giving you the correct rehab programme to prevent future problems. This will help keep your shoulders functioning at their best.
